If you run into any problem with the following procedures, then create a service ticket under Accounts
To change your Portal password, follow the following directions.
STEP 1: On the Login Page, click the forgot password button.
STEP 2: If you have a security Question setup in your account, Enter your Answer. If you do not have a Security Question set on your Account proceed to step 3.
STEP 3: At this point you should be directed to Validation Email Sent page, proceed to step 4.
STEP 4: Check your Email for your reset password link, If you dont see it check your spam folder and make sure the Domain's KnowledgeGuard.com and KnowledgeGuard.net are white listed with your email provider.
Click the link in the Email to be directed to the page to allow a new Password to be set in step 5.
STEP 5: Enter your New Password twice, Make sure it is a strong password, You can use a password generator like PASSWORDSGENERATOR. Once completed you should now be able to log in to your account.
